ADUs and additions that work in real backyards, not just on paper.

Every lot is different – slopes, setbacks, access, views, utilities and neighbors. We start with those realities before we start talking about square footage and floor plans.

Detached ADUs

Backyard homes & casitas

Standalone ADUs with their own entrance, mini-kitchen and bath – great for family, long-term guests or a separate workspace.

Attached ADUs

Attached suites & expansions

Add square footage to the main house for a primary suite, extra bedrooms or a more flexible living area.

Conversions

Garage & interior conversions

Turn underused space into a livable ADU or bonus area, with attention to access, privacy and natural light.

Serving core Antelope Valley cities.

Most of our ADU and addition work is in Lancaster and Palmdale, with projects in Quartz Hill and Rosamond when lots, access and schedules line up.

Lancaster, CA
Tract lots, corner parcels and deeper backyards with room for detached and attached ADUs.
Palmdale, CA
Similar zoning and lot sizes, with different views, slopes and street layouts.
Quartz Hill, CA
Larger lots and semi-rural feel that can suit casitas and multi-use additions.
Rosamond, CA
High-desert properties where ADUs and additions can add flexibility and future options.

How we usually move through an ADU or addition.

Every project is different, but the steps tend to follow a similar path.

  • Initial call about your lot, goals and budget.
  • Site visit to see access, utilities and setbacks in person.
  • Concept layouts and rough cost ranges.
  • Detailed plans, engineering and permits when you are ready.
  • Construction, inspections and final walkthrough.
